On Saturday, September 14, 2013, John Legend married the sublime model Chrissy Teigen at Villa Pizzo on Lake Como, Italy. They met in 2007 during the shooting of John Legend’s Stereo clip. In 2007, during their journey on Lake Como, Chrissy Teigen made a vow:

I asked that John Legend become the man I marry and with whom I would have children. »

Her wish was realised, because in December 2011, on the occasion of their holidays in the Maldives, John Legend made his request.
John Legend tells US Weekly magazine :

I imagine that one is supposed to be nervous when getting ready to get married, but I feel really good. I will sing my title ‘All of me’, which I wrote for her. I was inspired by her to write most of my album for that matter. »

Their marriage was very romantic and took place in front of 125 prestigious guests including Stevie Wonder, Kanye West, Erin Andrews and Brooklyn Decker as a maid of honor. Chrissy Teigen wore 3 dresses by Vera Wang. On the other hand, Jhon wore a black suit, with a bow tie and a white shirt. The wedding took place in 3 stages: the ceremony, the reception and the evening.
